£100 per Camp bed (Maximum of 2 Camp beds per Lodge. Maximum age 12)

Payment and Cancellation

Payment

A 25% deposit of the total rental fee is payable immediately upon making a booking if the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date. The remaining balance of the booking is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 6 weeks prior to the arrival date the full total is due at the time of booking. If the remaining balance is not paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, the booking will automatically be cancelled, and the deposit will be retained. Payment can be made via BACS, PayPal or phoning Studford reception over a card machine.

 

Cancellation

Should the booking need to be cancelled, we require written cancellation via email or post, phone calls are not accepted as a cancellation request. Cancellation 3 months prior to the arrival date is free and will result in the returning of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 3 months of the arrival date will result in the retaining of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 6 weeks of the arrival date will incur the full charge for the booking. If the lodge is rebooked, 75% of the full rate will be refunded at the discretion of Studford Luxury Lodges. Stays over Christmas and New Year are non-refundable.
